“The end-to-end software is great, because I know that we can start with the eligibility at the beginning, and then ultimately, we want those payments coming in,” says Janet Marshall, Revenue Cycle Manager at Spectrum Eye Care. “It’s great because it’s all right there. It makes things so much easier, knowing that I have one place to go to find the answers for everything.”
